The Field of Excellence Smart Regulation stands for innovative approaches to regulation. A team of more than 50 researchers from the fields of law, economics, psychology, philosophy, sociology and theology is working together on questions relating to both existing and future models of regulation, behavioural control and the creation of incentives to guide the decisions of individuals, companies and society.
