Simon Grob
Since July 2024, Simon Grob is part of the research group "[Sm-AI-R] – Smart Regulation of and by Low or No Code Development Platforms for AI in Organizations." As a psychologist, he investigates how low- and no-code development platforms, as well as automated machine learning, affect individuals' work experiences as part of the project and his dissertation. His research focuses on the topics of empowerment, job design, and job crafting.
Simon Grob has several years of experience as a management consultant and project manager in HR/IT projects. In this role, he has supported numerous companies and organizations in implementing digitalization initiatives in the HR sector. Previously, he co-founded a software company specializing in employee surveys and change management. He studied psychology at the University of Graz, where he also worked as a student assistant at the Institute of Psychology and the Center for the History of Science.
